Fabulous!! Are all of these your orchids?
I wish! Some were show winners, others for sale. I brought 3 plants home. It was hard to decide!
I love orchids! My dad grew them. Lucky you! 😎
Beautiful! A friend of mine gave me a potted “orchid” – no flowers, no name, I have no idea what it is … but it’s growing well in indirect light in its spot near my loom.
They do best when left to themselves. Just give it a little water every week – not too hot, not too cold – and it will be just fine.
When will it start to flower? It is getting lots of air roots and starting to look a little bushy. 🙂
According to my husband, sometimes you have to shock them to get them to flower. We have not been very successful with that approach. Ours just bloom when they want to!
I’ll just try to remember that patience is a virtue. 🙂
